  1. Active Toolbar lets you add a 
  2.             mouse-highlighted toolbar --resembling Internet Explorer's toolbar 
  3.             -- to your programs. When the mouse moves over a button, it 
  4.             highlights the button and makes it appear to rise. Each button has 
  5.             an associated icon, which becomes disabled if the particular button 
  6.             or the entire control becomes disabled. You need only specify the 
  7.             button's icon; the control automatically generates the "disabled" 
  8.             image. You have the option of specifying a highlighted icon to be 
  9.             used when the mouse moves over the button. If you do not specify a 
  10.             highlighted icon, then the regular icon is used for both. If no icon 
  11.             is specified at all, the caption of the button is centered 
  12.             vertically and no icon is displayed.
